2. Scope

These terms apply to every (offer to) conclude a distance contract between Hazze ("we/us") and consumers ("you") relating to:

These terms apply exclusively to consumers (B2C).


3. Description, licence and use

  1. The digital content contains worksheets (including Guide, Periodic, Budget, Months).
  2. Licence (non-exclusive, non-transferable): you obtain a personal right to use. You may not sell, rent, publish, share via download links or otherwise distribute the file.
  3. Updates: minor maintenance updates for version v1.x are included for buyers of the download option.
  4. The advisory service provides practical guidance on the file and general tips. It is not financial, legal or tax advice and does not replace advice from a licensed professional.

4. Pricing, VAT and payment

  1. Prices are listed in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT.
  2. Payment is handled via Stripe Checkout (Bancontact, iDEAL, cards).
  3. The contract is concluded when payment succeeds and you receive the order confirmation.
  4. You automatically receive an invoice by email after checkout.

5. Delivery

  1. Digital content is delivered through a download link on the success page and/or by email after successful payment.
  2. Advisory services: after purchase you receive a link to schedule a 45-minuteslot. For on-site sessions we charge €0.45/km for every additional kilometre beyond8 km from Rozenlaan, Vremde.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumer)

  1. General (14 days): for distance contracts in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons.
  2. Exception – digital content (download): for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, you lose your withdrawal right once performance has started with yourexplicit prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. We require a clear checkbox during checkout and only deliver the download after your consent/acknowledgement.
  3. Services (45-min consult): you may withdraw within 14 days unless (i) you expressly request performance during the withdrawal period and the service is fully delivered (in which case the right lapses), or (ii) the service is partially delivered at your request, in which case you owe a proportional amount for the work already performed.
  4. How to exercise: send an unambiguous statement by email to info@centpilot.be within 14 days after (i) the day of contract conclusion for services, or (ii) the day of delivery/access for digital content.
  5. Refund: for a valid withdrawal (and where no exception applies) we refund within 14 days via the same payment method, minus proportional costs for any services already delivered at your request.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling advisory sessions

  1. You may reschedule up to 8 hours before the session without cost.
  2. No-show or cancellation less than 8 hours in advance: we may charge€15 (or treat the session as consumed for bundles).
  3. We may reschedule within reason due to unforeseen circumstances (see also Article 12 – Force majeure).

8. Conformity and support

  1. The digital content and services should conform to the agreement. In case of a defect, contact us at info@centpilot.be; we aim to respond within 5 working days.
  2. For a justified defect in digital content we will, within reason, provide a fix (e.g. replacement file/patch) or refund if repair/replacement is impossible.

9. Liability

  1. We are liable for direct damages that are the foreseeable and direct consequenceof an attributable breach, capped at the total amount you paid for the order in question.
  2. We exclude liability for indirect damages (including consequential loss, loss of data/revenue).
  3. The above limits do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual property

All rights (copyright, database rights, know-how) to the digital content remain with us. You only obtain the licence described in Article 3.2.


11. Misuse & security

  1. Links and downloads are personal. We may limit links in time/amount to prevent misuse.
  2. Payments run through Stripe; see their security documentation for details.

12. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g. power outages, hosting/payment provider issues, illness) we are not obliged to perform while the force majeure lasts; we will notify you promptly and schedule a new moment or offer reasonable alternatives.


13. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)

  1. Contact us first via info@centpilot.be.
  2. If we cannot resolve it together, you may contact theConsumer Ombudsman Service(independent ADR body, Belgium).

14. Governing law and competent court

  1. These terms and the contract are governed by Belgian law.
  2. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in accordance withmandatory consumer law. As a consumer you may also bring proceedings before thecourt of your domicile.

15. Changes to the terms

We may amend these terms. The version that applied at the time of your order remains applicable to that order. The current version is shown on this page with the date of last update.
